As Mangu High School, we have the pleasure to invite your school to participate in the National Mathematics Contest to be held on Saturday 16th May 2026 in our school premises starting at 7.00 a.m. The objective of the contest is to demystify and popularize Mathematics as a subject with an aim of improving performance in the subject.

There will be a different exam for each class. Teams will also be formed per class. Grade 10 form 3 and 4 will individually form a group of 10 participants each. Each group will be ranked independently and awarded according to the category of the school i.e. Boys, Girls, Mixed and Special needs. A school can present more than one team in each form.

Each participating team should pay Ksh 3,000 (Three Thousand only) to cater for the contest expenses, award and certificates. The best overall form four boy or girl will receive a laptop, trophy certificate of merit and a professional or diploma course pf their choice at Strathmore University. The over best 10 form four students will be enlisted for a grand finale at Strathmore university to compete of a degree course of their choice. The best student in each category will receive a certificate of merit and trophy.
